Genvièv Martin-Bernard, DESS, CHt

Genvièv Martin-Bernard is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Forensic Hypnotist. An internationally published author and speaker, she writes and lectures extensively on the science of harnessing the power of the subconscious mind. The author of Zen in the Art of Survival, published in Chicken Soup to Inspire the Body & Soul, she has appeared in leading French and American television and radio shows.

Genvièv has over 20 years of experience researching, practicing and teaching the concepts and applications of hypnotherapy and personal development in the US and overseas. After graduating with highest honors from the Department of Doctorates of the University of La Sorbonne Paris, she extended her expertise by becoming an Emergency Medicine First Responder, a deep-sea rescue diver, and served as a member of the Professional Ski Patrol of Mount Hood. Throughout her career with leading international corporations, universities and schools, she has taught CEOs, corporate executives, athletes, students and private clients to use the power of their minds to transform their lives.

Scott is a certified Hypnotist and NLP practitioner, receiving his training at the prestigious Knightsbridge Institute of hypnotherapy and NLP, and is an active member of the National Guild of Hypnotists Inc., as well as serving on the board of directors of the Oregon Hypnotherapy Assoc.

Scott Duvall is an international speaker and educator, teaching on subjects as diverse as creativity, art, visualization, mission statements, the power of manifesting your intentions, reaching and maintaining your ideal weight, confidence and self esteem, guided imagery, meditation, mindfulness, mind and body healing, and much, much more. Scott utilizes a rich understanding of world religions, philosophies and a refined sense of intuition to help his clients reach and maintain their goals, dreams and aspirations.

Steven Ruiz Bettencourt, M.S., Q.M.H.P., CHt

Director of Peaceful Warrior Counseling in Hillsboro and Oregon City, Steven served as anger management director for Washington County Community Corrections. A professor of psychology, mental health clinical supervisor and program director with 32 years mental health experience, he has authored mental health, anger management, and martial arts publications. 8th Degree Black Belt with 45 years martial arts experience, Steven is President and Founder of Bettencourt’s Taekwon-Do America and Hapkido, and founder / president of the World Musado Federation.

From nursing to massage to hypnosis Joni’s focus has always been how to best serve and help that one person in front of her. Combining hypnosis, NLP, and EFT Joni enjoys working with clients to craft solutions tailored specifically for them. A member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and Oregon Hypnotherapy Association Joni’s practice is based in Salem, Oregon.

Howard Hamilton, CHt, BCH, CI

Howard became interested in hypnotism at the age of 14 and has studied and practiced hypnotism for over 47 years. He is Board Certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists and has been a presenter at their annual convention, held in August, in New Hampshire. He has taught hypnosis classes at Linn-Benton Community College, Albany and Lebanon centers, and at the OSU Experimental College in Corvallis OR. Howard also operates a private hynotherapy practice in his home near Jefferson OR.

Howard has spent many hours updating and adding to his extensive knowledge in the field of hypnosis studying with several well known instructors across the United States. When a number of his clients expressed an interest in learning hypnosis and suggested that Howard teach them, the Howard L. Hamilton School of Hypnotism was born. The number of successful graduates of the school is growing every day and many of his former students are now using their training primarily or in conjunction with their other skills to help clients achieve a better quality of life.

Joseph Bennette, MRET, CHt

Joseph Bennette has trained thousands of people in Rapid Eye Technology, Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Life Skills. He has been a featured presenter at Northwest Hypnotherapy Conferences, Oregon Hypnotherapy Association events, on radio, television, and community events. Until officially retiring in 2007, Joseph practiced hypnotherapy in Salem, OR. He is the author of several books.

Joseph was trained in Rapid Eye Technology at the Rapid Eye Institute, Salem, OR, and holds a Master level certificate (Trainer). He completed courses of study in hypnotherapy at the American Institute of Hypnotherapy, Santa Ana, California, and American Pacific University, Honolulu, Hawaii. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the Oregon Hypnotherapy Association and Heartway Foundation.

Since completing her nursing degree in 1988, Emily has built her career objectives in helping & healing. Emily makes use of her strong compassionate and goal oriented approach in creating solutions specific to her clients. A member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and the Oregon Hypnotherapy Association, Emily has an active hypnosis practice in Salem, Oregon.
